We aim to deliver products during standard working hours. However, please note that while we strive to meet our delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to keep you informed should any delays arise.

Delivery Delays: While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Ziva Innovations cannot be held responsible for delays caused by our logistics partners. However, if a delivery is significantly delayed, please contact us, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Damages: We take great care to ensure your products are packaged securely. If you notice any damage to your products upon delivery, please report it to us within 48 hours. Ziva Innovations will review the claim and take appropriate action to rectify the situation, in accordance with Swedish consumer protection laws.

If your order is missing items or if any products are damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@zivainnovations.se. Include your order number and photos of the damaged goods. While we encourage prompt reporting, please be aware that your statutory rights under Swedish law are not affected by this time frame.

Note: Currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option.
