Return/Exchange Eligibility

Time Frame: You can return/exchange any product within 10 days of the delivery date.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Ziva Innovations will review the claim and take appropriate action to rectify the situation, in accordance with Swedish consumer protection laws.

Include your order number and photos of the damaged goods. While we encourage prompt reporting, please be aware that your statutory rights under Swedish law are not affected by this time frame.
